Home-Made Blessings

I used fabric scraps and a black Sharpie marker (holds up great in the rain) to create our own Prayer Flags. Ours hang alongside the more official Tibetan ones. The intention is to bless our space, to bless ourselves and to bless all who walk with us. Peace be with you.
So wonderful ! Truly.

SO beautiful. xoxo
Love this. Reminds me of an idea from my calligraphy teacher that I loved but never got around to: she wrote “weathergrams”–prayers, blessings, or messages to the universe that were hung outdoors, but in this case, nature “accepted” the message as the ink and paper gradually disappeared into it.
